Refund Policy

At Make My Booking, we strive to provide the best taxi and cab services. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

  • Cancellation by Customer: Refunds for cancellations depend on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled booking:

    • Cancellation 24 hours before pickup: Full refund.
    • Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup: 50% refund.
    • No-show: No refund.
  • Changes in Booking: Any changes in date, time, or vehicle type must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds or adjustments may apply depending on availability.

  • Service Issues: If a vehicle does not arrive on time or service is not provided as agreed, customers must notify us immediately. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Force Majeure: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, roadblocks, or other situations beyond our control.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of the booked service is used, the unused portion may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on terms and conditions.

  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at booking@makemybooking.net with your booking details.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval of the request.

  • Right to Deny Refund: Make My Booking reserves the right to deny refunds if the terms and conditions of service are violated by the customer.
