Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.

• Start/End Km and hours are calculated from garage to garage.

• All email communications regarding bookings, prices, and itinerary will form part of your contract.

• Duty slip must be filled by the customer; no disputes will be entertained otherwise.

• Parking, toll, and state entry fees are payable directly by the customer.

• Sightseeing will follow the given itinerary; off-route travel is not allowed unless pre-approved.

• makemybooking.net reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable.

• Additional charges must be paid directly to the driver in cash.

• AC may not function in hill areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked.

• Drivers will not exceed the speed limit set by the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.

• makemybooking.net may terminate any booking at any time without prior notice or reason.

• For airport/railway transfers, it is the customer responsibility to call the cab in advance. Delays due to traffic are not the responsibility of makemybooking.net.

• Check your vehicle before departure. The company is not responsible for loss of luggage or personal belongings.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, major issues will be resolved with replacement vehicles. Minor repairs may require waiting time.

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, weather, landslides, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.

• Drivers will not drive in no-entry zones or narrow streets; normal working hours are 12 hours/day unless pre-approved.

• Pick-up and drop points must be specified. Multiple stops must be communicated via email before booking.

• Tour routes cannot be changed without prior notice. Extra sightseeing or off-route travel may incur additional costs.

• Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. A price increase beyond 5% may be applied even after booking confirmation.

• Parking at tourist spots may be distant; customers must reach the site at their own expense.

• No refund is available for short stays or unused services.

• Cancellation or refunds will not be provided due to weather, natural disasters, political events, transport strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

• The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of property during the tour.

• Proper identification (Passport, Voter ID, Driver License) is mandatory for check-in at hotels or camps.

• Extra bed or mattress requests should be communicated in advance.

• Tourists must be medically fit. Inform the company of allergies or serious health issues in advance.

• Hotel check-in is at 12:01 PM and check-out at 12:01 PM unless pre-arranged; early or late check-in may incur charges.

• Meals included in the package will follow hotel policies; extra charges may apply for additional items.

• makemybooking.net reserves the right to modify or cancel services without prior notice. Services are subject to company acceptance of advance payment.

• All legal matters are under the jurisdiction of Lucknow courts. makemybooking.net disclaims any warranties outside Indian law.
